ME 629

This introductory course is concerned with the response of nonlinear systems, with emphasis on the free and forced dynamics of single degree of freedom systems, drawing examples primarily from mechanical systems. The analysis will encompass both numerical and analytical techniques, focusing on perturbation methods, and MATLAB will be utilized.
